Terms of use and of the subscription
These terms govern the use of the tradingwith.io apps and of the subscription. By using the service you accept them.
Last updated: 11 September 2026.
What tradingwith.io is
tradingwith.io is a console for iPhone and Mac, plus a program installed on a server that is yours, connected to your own MT5 broker account.
The console shows you signals, positions and journal, and lets you manage the program.
We are not a broker. We do not hold your money. We give no financial advice and no investment recommendations.
Who can subscribe
You must be over 18, able to enter into a contract, and have your own broker account and an Apple account.
It is up to you to check that trading on your own with these tools is legal where you live.
The subscription and billing
The plan is called “tradingwith.io — subscription” and is taken monthly or yearly, as you choose, ONLY as an in-app purchase on Apple’s App Store.
It includes the use of the iPhone and Mac console, the sign-up and upkeep of your lane, and the program that runs on your own server. It does not include the broker account, the money you trade, or the cost of the server if you pay for that separately.
There are 7 trial days, free, before the first charge.
Apple shows you the price inside the app, in your local currency and with your country’s taxes, before you confirm. Apple handles the charge, the renewal and the receipt.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
We charge nothing outside the App Store: there is no payment on the website, no transfer, and no other method.
Before subscribing, read the privacy policy and the risk warning linked in the footer of this page.
Cancelling and refunds
You cancel from your Apple account Settings, in the subscriptions section. We cannot cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds are decided and handled by Apple under its own terms. Because the money does not pass through us, we cannot refund it.
This does not cut back any rights your country's consumer law gives you.
Your broker account and your server
You open, fund and maintain the broker account. Orders go to your account and the money is yours at all times.
We provision the server in your name and it stays under your control. Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility.
If your broker changes its terms, its symbols or its platform, the service may stop working with that account.
Signals come from third parties
You choose the signal channels. They are not ours.
We do not verify, audit or endorse those providers, nor the quality of what they publish.
A badly written, late or wrong signal can become a badly written, late or wrong order.
Use is at your own risk
You decide which channels you follow, what risk you accept and when you stop the program.
The losses and gains in your account are yours. Read the risk warning.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, or an outage at your broker, at the server provider, on your network or at Apple, can leave the service down.
We may change or withdraw features. If a feature disappears and it was the reason you were paying, you can cancel.
Acceptable use
Do not resell the service, do not share your credentials, do not try to break into another subscriber's lane, and do not use it for unlawful activity.
We may suspend access if we detect such use, giving you notice where possible.
Intellectual property
The software, the brand and the texts are ours. With the subscription you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them.
Your trading data is yours.
Unless the app listing says otherwise, the licence is Apple’s standard end user licence agreement, and these terms supplement it on what is specific to the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for your trading losses, for lost profit, or for indirect damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor any rights you have as a consumer.
Changes to the terms
If we change these terms we publish the new version here with its date, and we email you when the change is material. If you disagree, you can cancel.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
If you subscribe as a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor your right to go to your country’s courts where the law gives you that right. In the European Union and in Spain that protection applies just the same.
